I don't want to get into details, but something very scary and bad happened to me on Monday. Police have been involved and I have gotten medical attention, but I really need prayers. I'm not doing well at all and I don't know what to do now. I've taken the last 3 days off work as sick days but can't continue to do that. Scared and freaked out. If you can spare a prayer, please pray for me.

When youre ready, EMDR therapy is extremely helpful for coping with ptsd and trauma.

Gluten free since Nov '11 after non-celiac gluten sensitive diagnosis. Have had great improvement or total elimination of: migraines, bloating/distention, heartburn, cystic acne, canker sores, bleeding gums, eczema on elbows, dry skin and scalp, muscle cramps, PMS, hair loss, heart palpitations, fatigue. I'm amazed.
