Default Share your favorite blogs, books, resources for autism & parenting

DS is very newly diagnosed, and I need some great books, blogs, websites, etc. to start educating myself & DH as parents of a child on the spectrum.
    What are your favorites?

    Thanks

The Thinking Person's Guide to Autism is VERY science oriented.

Shut Up About Your Perfect Kid is all about support and humor for parents of special needs kids (not just ASD parents).

SPD Blogger Network is geared around sensory issues so it covers lots of various related conditions.

All three of these are also on FB.

Ten Things Every Child with Autism Wishes You Knew is a good basic starter book.

In case you missed the connection- Shannon is behind both Squidalicious and The Thinking Person's Guide to Autism.
