Winter Hat

Where can I find a cute knit/sweater like winter hat for my toddler son? I don't want the animal kind or Mohawk hats... Just a solid or striped knit/sweater "classic" hat? Don't know why I am having a hard time finding this. Thanks.

Patagonia might have them. I also highly recommend the Patagonia Synchilla hat for kids. Stays on great and is super warm.

I've actually had good luck finding these at Walmart the past couple of years. They are not very thick, but they are soft and comfortable for DS so he leaves them on and I can pull a hood up over them if it is very cold.

These aren't inexpensive, but I loved DS's hat from this etsy seller. He got to use it for two years, and people were always asking me where I got it. I'd suggest measuring your LO's head to be sure you get the right size though. I had to ask for a special size since DS has such a huge head.

Check REI. DS has a couple of Smartwool ones and DD has a very cute REI brand one.

Thanks! I love love love this board. You are all such great resources. Found a smartwool one from REI on closeout (and an extra 22% off) that comes with mittens for $14 something. So happy I can pick it up at our new local store too!!! It even matches his coat perfectly.
