My TJMaxx always has them. I love some that I got from JCrew last year, but I found them on sale after the holidays.

I really like the pajama pants from Target - look for Gilligan O'Malley. I have waffle knit and also flannel. You can't beat the price either. I think they are about $13 per piece.
Can you (or anyone you know) sew? They are simple to make. I can recommend a pattern if you like...
I've been really happy with Target xhileration - esp the flannel pj bottoms. Around $12. Im also loving my Boden London print pull ons but considering I paid more than 3 times what I did for my Target ones, I can't say it's worth it. But the print cheers me up!

I love the ones I got from garnet hill, and cheaper if you buy multiples

I actually find that the Nick & Nora brand at Target fit me (and my curves) better than Gilligan & O'Malley.
Honestly, the XHilration brand is cute, but I think that it's cut for Juniors and the fabric feels kind of flimsy to me.

That must be a body shape thing - I find the G&O ones too wide but love the xhileration ones! BTW, xhil. does two versions of the PJ bottoms - lightweight cotton in the summer and Fall and thicker flannel in the winter. The flannel is excellent and each pair lasts me as long as my Boden or Macy's flannel PJs, which is about 2 years, worn/washed at least once a week.

I have a pair of jersey-ish XHilration brand pajama pants that I bought from Target in the last month or so...I love them and am putting more on my Christmas list. I like that they are soft, but not as heavy as flannel.
