I haven't seen the Costco shealring slippers this year, have you guys?

Dd has the kids Costco boots. She prefers to wear wo/ socks, and evenso, gets very warm when indoors for long periods.

I just checked my order history. It was the Angels Lo Boot (like this one, but in black) and I paid $44.70, down from $159! This was some special lightning deal in late Dec 2010 that I read about here. I love love love my Emus from a comfort and warmth perspective, but like all of these boots, they're not the greatest for a lot of walking - they have very little support and not the greatest tread. I usually wear a size 8.5 shoe (EU 39) and the 8M was the right fit for me in both Emu and Uggs. I think they run a half size to a size big.

I love furry boots, despite living in an area without a real winter. I own two pair of Emu short style boots, a pair of Emu shearling slippers (which I have worn to school carpool), two tall style from Costco and these Uggs - http://www.zappos.com/ugg-lynnea-cha...me=zap_pdp_sub. I got the Uggs at Nordstrom's anniversary sale last year. I love them because they are cozy and sinc I am not quite 5'4", I look taller in them.

I have the Ugg Sundance and Jillians. The sundance boots are pretty casual and great for wearing at home and on weekends. The Jillians are dressier and much more stylish so I wear them to brunch, the movies, etc. I love them both for different reasons. . I have my eye on two more for Xmas!

I got two pairs of emu boots when amazon had that crazy sale and they just don't compare. The lining just feels cheap to me and I keep wishing it were like the ugg lining. I wish I had not bought them as they are just gathering dust in my closet.

    I would like to get:

    and: http://www.zappos.com/ugg-classic-ta...r-jacket-black

I like the baileys a lot too.

I would definitely order from zappos since sizing can be tricky.

I love my Bearpaw boots! I bought one pair from REI - they were a deluxe version but I can't remember the name. Excellent quality-wise!

I got another pair from NR around this time last year. It's pretty cute with lace tie ups in the back. I find them comparable to Uggs. Sometimes NR has Uggs.

I also bought Bearpaw boots for dd and family members from Amazon lightening deals, between $25-30!

I bought Emu Stingers in 2010 for $43 during one of Amazon's big sales. They are well made and have held up well.

They are super comfortable and cozy, but I do not consider them fashionable. In the winter, they definitely get worn quite a bit for day to day carpool and errands. I rarely wear socks and they do not smell at all.

I am normally a 9 to 9.5 and the size 9 fits well.
