Says Ranger Rick for ages 7-12, Ranger Rick Jr. for ages 4-7.
So people who are familiar with this magazine which should I get for my 6.5 YO DD?
Thanks.

Mom to DD 7/06, DS1 8/08 & DS2 9/11!
Yes!
I have to keep typing more?
eta - Doh! I totally misread the post - I thought you were asking if you should get the magazine! DD gets Ranger Rick and I think she has been getting since she was 6.5. I went with the Ranger Rick so she wouldn't out grow it before the subscription before the year was out.

“Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.”

My DD was born 9/06 and I had the same question. I googled a bit and ended up going with Ranger Rick Jr.
Mom to:
DS - 2003
DD - 2006
bookmarking to sign up for DD1, also 2006 born - I'm going to get her the regular Ranger Rick. Thanks OP!

Love this magazine! The g-parents get it for DS every year. We subscribe to Ranger Rick Jr. for 4-year-old DS.

It worked for me. I got the regular and not the Jr.
Anyone have a Living Social code they won't be using? I had one for $10 off from last month but showed as expired when I tried to use it! Thanks OP, I've been looking for a deal on RR!
TIA!
Is this, generally, the best deal Ranger Rick? I've seen a few similar deals lately and am wondering if I should wait for it to go lower...
