I purchased a 3-pack of Dapper Snappers through a third-party Amazon seller (Fulfilled by Amazon). After several uses, one of the belts started to fall apart--buckled elastic and fraying seams. I called the manufacturer (Toddler Tech), and they asked for photos and offered to replace the belt, noting that they had some problems with a bad batch of elastic. The new belt arrived in about a week and they sent me a second belt for free! Very happy with the customer service, just wanted to pass that along.
