I made these tonight -- they are SO GOOD!!! I didn't have chipotles, so I used some Spanish smoked paprika that I have (from Frontier - highly recommend). I also forgot to buy cilantro, but they came out great without it. I cooked the chicken a little longer because I also had thighs in there, and the sauce really caramelized. YUM. But next time I'll use the time in the recipe because it's plenty, and I wished I had more sauce at the end! Everyone loved it!
