    Default Help with Thyroid results

I had posted a few weeks ago about night sweats and just a general tired and icky feeling. I had a full blood work up and of course the Dr. said all was fine except Vit D was a little low.

I know there a few Thyroid experts here and I wanted to see what you thought of my results and find out if the Dr. even did the right tests.

    TSH 1.22 (range 0.34-5.60)
    Total T4 8.2 (range 5.0 - 12.0)
    T Uptake 30.6 (range 32.0 - 48.4%)
    Free Thryoxine Index 6 (5 - 12 Index)
    Total T3 1.2 (range 0.7-1.8)

Obviously these numbers are within the ranges but it seems like there are a lot of people who think that being on the low side of the range should be treated. So do I look good or should I push this more with my Dr.?

I'm no expert, but I can say that my endocrinologist (who uses the newer lab ranges) would be happy with a TSH of 1.22. That's pretty ideal, I think. Hopefully someone else with more knowledge can chime in. Sorry you're dealing with a medical mystery. I hope you can get to the bottom of it soon.
