    Default Any Skirts for Girls

I am looking for short fun skirts for the upcoming spring/summer for my 5 yo dd. Anyone find some fun twirl skirts or pattern?

Here's a tutorial I wrote a couple years ago for making a twirly skirt: http://www.home.earthlink.net/~cornp...wirlyskirt.htm

AngelaS- That is a really cute skirt. Thanks for sharing it.

I sometimes make my own patterns for skirts but I like this tutorial. She is basing her tutorial on another one and has a lot of ideas elsewhere in her blog.

I love to do scooter skirts (skorts) for DD1 in the summer. My favorites are Hanna Andersson, but this year I really like Carters offerings too. Boden and Frugi have some cute sets if you're looking to spend more. Hanna and Boden also have non scooter twirly skirts. Kohls and Target might be worth checking out as well.

I saw this one IRL and it was pretty cute! There's probably a CP coupon floating around somewhere.

Loooove Boden skorts we had a few that lasted 2 years (dd is teeny) but the tie kinda bugs her when she is in a hurry to go potty at scool.

So this yr we bought some Hanna twirl and scooter skorts...they are a little longer and will last my leggy gal a long time.

This was on sale last week. There's another one we hid for her bday.

These are for her birthday and are hidden in my closet!!
