I've only done one order of tops for DD last fall but they were TTS. I love their stuff, so cute.

The kids clothing is TTS. I order tons of stuff from them and love it.

They make you pay return shipping, but the returns are easy. Love Next stuff. It is pretty TTS. I find that their pants run a little narrow, which is great for DS1 who wears a slim in gap/TCP/gymbo.

I just returned a dress there that I ordered for myself (I find the women's clothes run large by a size, btw) and it was easy. I also returned a dress last year when I accidentally ordered two of the same thing. Their CS is awesome and very helpful too. Originally Posted by jgenie
