Default narrow alternatives to Keens/can you help me find a certain shoe?

We've always had these Stride Rites but now that DS1 is in a 13/13.5 he's outgrown them. We tried a pair of Keens, but they are too wide for his super-narrow foot.

We found these Sperry last night at SR, but this year's colors are blinding. The neon yellow-green is too much for DH and I. Last year's navy is nice with some subtle orange accents, but I can't find that color in 13 anywhere. Can you guys help me? I've tried Rack, tried calling SR outlets nearby, I'm going to look on ebay, but where else would you look for them? Do you know of any other options for narrow-footed guys?

Those are my go-to sandal for DS, too! I will be in your situation next year as he is in a 12 this year.

I found some similar on 6pm.com

My son wears the Teva Dozer or Ominum sandal because he slides in the Keen.

DD1 had fit issues with Keen last year so I bought her these Merrills (in pink). She liked them a lot. I bought her a size 13 last year and she was just in a size 12 New Balance sneaker. I would probably buy his current size and buy the next size up just in case. DD1 has a med. width foot.

I was going to suggest Annie's rec above. The black and mushroom are very cheap on Amazon. Also, what about these:

We tried those SR's on DS1 and they were way too wide, unable to be tightened.

I called a few Stride Rite outlets and found one just slightly out of our way to hold them for me until we drive by on Spring Break. They have last year's style in sizes for both boys for $30 each during the sale.
