Default How to organize Lego instruction booklets

We are just starting to get into the world of Legos, but we are already drowning in the Lego booklets. I'm hesitant to throw them away because there is no way I ( and hopefully DS at some point...)could ever put the thing back together without it, but I haven't found any way to really store them. Any ideas?

Yeah, we refer to these all the time when 3yo DS "plays" with older siblings' sets! We have the little ones in a 4x6 photo album - they fit perfectly! And bigger ones are either stored in a gallon baggie alongside the set (if not in play) or in an expandable file folder.

We store the instructions in the expandable file folders and sort by theme.
