Default Best magnetic #'s and ABC's....

I would love some magnetic numbers and letters for my and my mom's fridges - does anyone have any btdt/recommendations? They may very well be chewed on so I wonder about the magnet on the back....

    Many TIA

Love the Melissa and Doug sets - they are flat so no magnets to fall off.

another We've had ours since DS was 1.5 yo (he's 5 now) and they're like new in spite of almost daily use and being used as projectiles too often.

We have the Melissa and Doug sets too, and I agree that they are great. Sadly, many of them went missing over the years.

while there are no visible magnets, ours are a sturdy cardboard material so they can get ruined if heavily chewed (the picture starts to crack). To me, it was worth it rather than risk the chance of a magnet falling out of the plastic kinds. My DD (almost 2 1/2) has had them for a while now and still loves them.

We have the Melissa and Doug ones, too. Chewing will ruin them, but I would still recommend them. We also got (as a gift) the Leapfrog magnetic letters with a player that gives the phonetic sound of the letter in a little song when you put the letter in it. DS LOVES it!!! Even though the letters are plastic, the magnet is enclosed. Ours have gotten lots of abuse and are still going strong. We generally discourage plastic toys, but this one is a winner in our house!

Oh my that looks like fun! I'm not so keen on lots of play in my kitchen but my mom's is safer so this could work there.

Mopey's baby jail is metal bars so I was thinking she might be able to play with magnets there.....any btdt??
