This one is tough, i haven't really listened to an album in years. I would say Le Mis (london recording), Rent (broadway cast), sgt pepper, the wall and all of Billy Joel on one big album

Book, i would rather choose an author for me, i love Leon Uris, Herman Wouk and James Michner. I do not listen to books. As for children's books, again i would go with an author. Dr. Suess right now, but subject to change with the wind.
