Athleta Bettona Boyfriend Pant. Comfortable waist band especially post partum. Stylish with pockets to hide bumps/lumps. Cute everyday run around town pant.

A crossbody purse to help your hands be free when the baby comes and you are toting a toddler as well. This is the one I have a love!

Other thoughts- a nice pair of sunglasses that you wouldn't have splurged on otherwise. A maxi dress can be fun and flattering during pregnancy and postpartum. It pairs easily with sandals and can be worn into fall with a cardi.

    Have fun shopping!!

I agree with he Bettona pant rec.

A nice stretchy roll waist skirt. I could wear my ON one up to the day I delivered dd2.

I think your idea for a cardigan/jacket is a great idea, too.

Check some of goldenpig's posts. She did some "maternity" outfits with her regular clothes that were super cute.

Underwear? Never been pregnant so maybe this is a dumb suggestion, but can you get at least a couple of months now out of fun new bikini underwear? And then wear them again post pregnancy?

    Similarly, a bikini bathing suit?

    Congratulations!

How about some scarves or a bag/tote? Something you could use while you are pregnant, but it isn't "maternity."

I just got this skirt, and I'm in love. I hate buying clothes and shopping because I hate the battle, so I almost never "love" anything, but this skirt is awesome. It's stretchy, drapes well and I think it would be good for early pregnancy and post-partum.

I like a lot of those suggestions!

Especially the Betonna pants which I have been dying to try on after all the positive reviews here. they look similar to the Lululemon Relax pants that I love and have 4 pairs....

Also, scarf, hat, sunglasses and totes seem like good ideas too!
