Default He cut my baby's hair

Just took a scissor to it and hacked away while I was grocery shopping. I want to cry. It's awful, really, really awful and my BF says it looks good. Is he blind? It's blunt and uneven and I can't even look my baby right now. I'm shocked that he did this. I think I may take a scissor to his head while he sleeps tonight and then tell him it looks fine!

    Oh my.
My DH did this to DS2. I was hysterical. He did a hack job. DS1 told DH "Mommy said you butchered DS2's hair...what does that mean?"
He took my baby's sweet curls and hacked them off unevenly.
It will grow back and look better in a few weeks.

    So sorry..

Oh no! I'm so sorry. I would be inconsolably hopping mad if someone did that to my DS. Did he have any explanation?!

Had he wanted to cut it and you said no? Does he cut his own hair? That's just so very bizarre and reading the title and part of the post, I would have assumed you meant a toddler or small child did it.

Is this erratic behavior? Controlling? I have heard of men taking the kid to the barber shop, but not just going for it with a pair of scissors. I'd be seriously concerned for my DH's mental well-being if he randomly cut one of our kids' hair with scissors.

I'm so sorry. I've told DH numerous times that I would freak out if he ever cut DS's hair off (I keep it shaggy.)

He said he was tired of it in his eyes. If you push it to the side it's not in his eyes. He could have just trimmed the ends but no, he took a good inch and a half off and "cut the sides to match". He's proud if proud of himself and thinks he helped the baby.
