NICE! I love fresh lemonade!
That sounds so refreshing right now!

(Why? Because the banana smilie is just so funny)
Or, use some of that lemon juice for various cocktails (per your other thread)!
Can I ask how you make it? I've never made lemonade before and it sounds like it could be a great kid activity.
Here's what I do - it's kicky, strong and sweet.
Squeeze 5-6 lemons very well - I have a manual press
Pour boiling water on 1 cup sugar
Add lemon juice and sugar water to pitcher
Fill pitcher with water (about 6 cups)
Chill
Drink
The kids do help, I let them roll the lemons and pull the lever on the juicer - which I got at TJ Maxx and is like this one http://www.amazon.com/Commerical-Man...=Manual+Juicer

Fun!!!! I've never made lemonade, but this is on my list of things to do with the kids next week. Thanks!
We have an actual juicer. And I use lemons and apples for my sweetener. No sugar and delicious. Needs water too.
Today I'm going to make a watermelon lemonade with apple as the sweetener as well.
Can you share how you use apples for sweetness? That sounds like a great idea!
I love to add some mashed raspberries or puréed strawberries to our homemade lemonade. It's so good.
I didn't appreciate this thread until I went to buy lemons at Whole Foods last night and 6 lemons cost over $5! That was one pricey gallon of lemonade we had
