No one in my every day life is very excited about this so I just had to post it here (as it was both a bargain and a healthy me thing!).
I've been wanting to take a pole class since I saw S Factor on Oprah YEARS ago, but I was very overweight and not confident enough in myself to take a class. I've lost a ton of weight by taking up running, and and running finally gave me the confidence to go take a class (and after seeing so many beautiful body shapes there, I SO wish I would have had the courage to take a class sooner!). It is so much fun...and, this weekend a pole popped up on Craigslist for $100. It's an amazing, quite expensive pole, but she hadn't used it in a year and was moving across the country, so she just wanted it gone. Whoot! I have a POLE in my house! I'm that Mama! I love healthy me.
