Congratulations! I've never had a C section, but there are parts of your story that remind me of my second birth... the baby swept off to the NICU (pediatric floor for my DD2 for ABO jaundice), the seemingly very long stay in the hospital, and the comments about the older daughter once you're all together at home. Brings back sweet memories, and I hope your years ahead of two girls and two sisters are as great as mine have been.
eta: And she is an uncommonly pretty newborn! I love that first photo of her.
