I just received the rainbow loom from Amazon (ordered on Sunday) and it is the real thing. We already have two from Michaels so I was able to compare. I ordered from Toy Wiz, fulfilled by Amazon, if that makes a difference.

Ours just arrived and I checked it against the photos on Rainbow Loom's site - the one we got is real. It was from Toy Wiz also. I'm so relieved!
