For younger DD (7) the hits were...

    Purple plush throw from Target
    Bean bag chair
    Mermaid Barbie
    Yippit

For older DD (12), the hits were....

    plush blanket from Target
    Yippit (seriously, who knew?)
Doctor Who necklace and pins from Hop Topic
The book Unbored which was a complete impulse purchase

The only real miss was the Flynn Rider "Barbie" for younger DD. She had asked Santa for a "boy Barbie" and Flynn was not at all what she had in mind. But she also can't really tell me what she would have preferred. Oh well.
Beth, mom to older DD (8/01) and younger DD (10/06) and always missing Leah (4/22 - 5/1/05)

Family hit: the regulation-sized ping pong table that took all 4 of about 6 hours to put together. It is currently sitting in the middle living room and I would like it to find a new location, but the kids are so excited with it.

    Other hits:
    DS1 (11)
    Lego Architecture Robie House
    Minecraft book
Animal Crossing, New Leaf for 3DS
    Periodic Table poster
Smarties that were in his stocking

    DS2 (9)
New putter for his golf bag
Tennis gear (warm up, sneakers, outfit, sweatbands, etc)
Shutterfly album I made him with pictures from a recent big tournament he played
    US and World Atlases
Beanie Ball (the seal) for his collection

The jury is still out on a few books and the paracord bracelet making kit. They have been busy with other stuff all day, but I am sure they will like them.

DH loved his new leather man-bag (basically an exact replacement of the one he has been using for like 8 years), longer length PJ shorts, comfy tees for sleeping, tennis shorts, and Red Vines.

I shopped for myself as per usual, and I have lovely taste The dark green Michael Kors purse I got during Macy's F&F is gorgeous, I also got a set of Le Sportsac makeup pouches for the new purse, PJs with Scottie dogs, a Nike hoodie (so I can feel sporty sitting at all of DS's tennis tournaments), Bath & Bodyworks Marshmallow body cream, Stress Relief Shower Scrub, eye cream and lip gloss.

All in all, everyone here is happy and exhausted.

    DD1 age 2.5

Biggest hits were the step2 play kitchen (from us) and the learning resources play food. Other Santa hits were books including additional Pete the Cat and llama llama books and a fisher price doctors kit and Melissa and Doug diaper bag.

In her stocking she loved her magnifying glass. She barely put it down.

Hits from the grandparents include magna tiles from my parents for Chanukah. They have had a lot of play this month. She likes to put her doll house dolls in the castles she builds with them. From my in laws she loved all the stuffed animals including a Mickey and an elephant puppet

DD2 is an infant but she seemed to love the fisher price rainforest playmat we re gifted to her.

    DS1 (10.5)
Liked everything he got - xbox 360, some inexpensive headphones, couple of hoodies and Settlers of Catan game

    DS2(8)
Hits - Traxxas RC Car, Pokemon DS game, Lego Technic set and Apples to Apples game
Not sure yet - Snap Circuits light set

    DD (4.5)
Hits - Sofia the first tea set, B. Critter Vet set, Doc McStuffins doll and friends, Disney Princess Hair Styling Tote
Not sure yet - dollhouse (yet to be assembled)

DD has spent hours playing with this B. Critter Vet Set and it was a last minute purchase on amazon. If anyone needs a cute gift I highly recommend it! She even has her Calico Critters in it and gives them check-ups

Here's the link, but I only paid $29.99 for it. I'm sure it will drop in price again.
