    Default Shaving in stall shower

Does anyone here manage to shave on a regular basis in a small stall shower? I'm visiting my parents, and their guest room shower is a small stall one. Shaving seems to take twice as long, and I usually miss swaths on my upper legs. I can shave below my knees just fine but the water immediately washes away the soap above the knees so it's hard to tell what I've already done.

On the plus side, I always feel like I've done a full yoga workout by the time my shower is finished due to all of the contortions I've done in my attempt to shave!

Do I need to just turn off the water while I shave or give up on the notion of shaving in a stall shower? If you regularly shave in a stall shower, please share your secret!

Yes, for the last twelve years!! I just turn my back to the spray but had to just turn the water off when I was pregnant.

I bow to you! Seriously, I don't know how you do it! Even with my back to the water I'm still standing squarely in the middle of the water flow. I can't get away from it! Do you put your leg up on the side of the shower or keep them both on the floor and bend at the waist?

Do it in the sink, after your shower is over and your skin is softened.

This sounds like a good use for the Venus Breeze razor. They're the ones that have shave gel built in. They're expensive, but super handy to use for travel b/c you don't have to deal with remembering/packing shaving lotion.

That's the type I use and then just throw them away before I leave.

I just turn the shower head to face the wall.

Yes, that, and then one foot on the wall to shave that keg.
