How do You Organize/Maintain Photos

As far as organizing them, I use some software for my mac that allows me to break up my photo library into smaller chunks, because when all of the photos are in the library it just really degrades the performance of my software.

I'd love to know too. My iPhoto library is HUGE.

I store my photos on smugmug. It does have an annual fee, but it stores and lets me access the full resolution images which most other sites do not. I have a ton of photos and there is no size limit on how many or how often you upload.
