Phil and Teds Classic or Navigator ?

Now that we've sold our BJCM single, I'm out shopping again for inline double stroller this time. It's for our 4-month old DS and 3 year old DD, but by the time I use this, DS will be at least 6 months or older. The classic seems decent, the only thing that might be bothering me is the second seat doesn't recline.

Will that be a big issue ? I've never used a double stroller before, so not sure if that's a big deal or not. The price difference between the two is about $100 at ebay with second seat included. I'm using it mainly for mall, park, theme park, occasional overseas traveling and may not have two full-time riders all the time. Any thoughts ? Thank you.

I honestly don't know a ton about the P&T's strollers but I do hear good things about the Navigator.
