I ordered some items on Sunday and got a confirmation email saying everything was available for immediate shipping. However, as of this morning nothing had shipped yet so I called to check on the status. The rep said she has no idea why my items haven't shipped, but she now shows that one item I ordered is not available (though my credit card was charged for everything). She said it will take her 24 hours to get a response. Also, she was SUPER cranky on the phone with me. She said, "well, we WERE doing inventory" as if I was supposed to know that, and as if it should have changed the outcome here! Aren't they a pretty sizable company? Terrible customer service!
