Default best newborn carrier for mom with back problems

I am looking for a carrier that will work for a newborn, and also distributes weight well such that I will not have increased back and neck pain. Any suggestions?

Moby wrap - but you have to wrap it well to distribute the weight well.

If you don't want to deal with all the wrapping (the Moby is literally a long piece of fabric), the K'tan is a nice option: http://www.amazon.com/Baby-Ktan-Carr...dp/B000UYFULU/. I used it when DD was a newborn and I love how easy it was to put on. You have to buy it according to size though; it's not a one-size-fits-all option.

The Boba 4G is a soft-structured carrier that you can use with a new baby (starting from 7 lbs.): http://www.boba.com/store/baby-carrier/.

I'm sure that others will chime in with their favorites. There are a lot of options! I think that the key for comfort factor is to use something that distributes the baby's weight among both shoulders (so, basically anything other than a sling). Frogmama is a good resource to get you started: http://www.frogmama.com/babywearing-101.html.
