I would do 3:30 until 5. You may see that most don't show up until then anyway. Most 2 and 3 year olds I know nap until 3.

Agree with the others about duration of party and nap time - 3:30-5:00 is probably the best time for a late afternoon party.

DD2 8/2013
And expecting DS1 10/2016
There will always be outliers for naps so don't stress. My ds1 napped at 3-5 because we were night owl/s late risers. The sleep schedules of toddlers just can't be predicted!
Bubbles is super fun.
I can get lost reading through ideas on here:http://www.birthdaypartyideas.com/
No where near as fun as Pinterest but that didn't exist back in the day.
I like til 5. I think your plans sound great.
3-5 gives a range for those that are napping later to come on the later side. We had that range for our first several birthday parties. I would no heavy snacks... Some may treat it as a meal, like fruit, maybe some protein, veggie tray etc. I wouldn't give my kiddo cake at 5 unless she had something to counterbalance it bc she may not eat dinner later b
3-5 with snacks substantial enough to sub as a dinner. my 2 year old would be eating dinner by 5 or shortly thereafter.
