What is your favorite, go-to Irish Soda Bread recipe?
I prefer one with raisins but without caraway seeds.
If i can find one that doesn't require kneading, that's better too (or just a little kneading...or my kitchenaid can do it!).

We like this one for soda bread muffins without caraway: http://www.recipegirl.com/2008/06/02...bread-muffins/
Skinnytaste has a muffin recipe...yummy! Made it two days ago.

I've added raisins in the past. Also, split it into loaves or baked in a loaf pan which I know is not traditional. I love the texture the whole wheat gives it.
Ina's soda bread is delicious. Has orange zest and raisins in it.
So many great ones posted! I ended up finding the one i'd made in the past but i'm bookmarking each of these esp the Skinny one!
