The Better Sweater Full Zip is similar to the one you linked I have the regular Better Sweater jacket (well, two, but who is counting?) and the Better Sweater Coat. I love them all for different reasons. I can't speak to the Full Zip version, but I assume that one will be great too. Size up though. Patagonia runs small.

I bought the better sweater jacket recently and completely love it. It is so comfy I just wear it around the house all the time
