Is there any difference between the cheap foam mattresses?

Besides the obvious--organic or double sided.

We had a moonlight slumber dual firmness for dd1, and it was reused for #2. I've decided it's been well used and want a new one for baby #3, just for peace of mind. The #1 selling one on amazon is about $50. Much cheaper than what we have!

If it's firm and lightweight like it says, will i notice a difference from what we're used to?

Check the thickness. I cheaped out a foam one from IKEA and it was so thin. I didn't think highly of it.
