    Default I need sandals!

I need to find some new sandals for this summer- need some pairs for skirts/nicer casual and also some for running around with kids at the park or beach. I had a horrible reaction to cipro last Oct that has left me with lingering pain in my foot/leg and some tendon issues so I need to find something with a bit of support, though in a pinch I can (and do) wear an elastic support band on my foot so I'm open to something cute and comfy with lower support if I find the right style.

    Wish list:

    Some level of support
    no high heels
nothing between my toes (freakishly long toes lol and I can't stand the look or feel of it)
reasonable price- I need to buy several pairs so absolutely cannot be spending over 100 on each one. Really, I need to rebuild nearly my entire shoe wardrobe (flats, pumps, etc) thanks to that reaction so great deals are hugely appreciated!

Since I'm kind of starting from scratch I'd love to see what you have and love to give me some direction to start my search! TIA!

    Default I need sandals!

I live in my Naot brand sandals. They are expensive but I tend to just live in one pair. You can try them on at a Walking Store & maybe Nordstroms. I know my size & what will work for me so I order online. They're expensive! They're worth every penny to me. I have flat, narrow feet & they're great for me - I need to find their styles w/ a thong toe to 'catch' my foot - since my feet are flat, they're also flat on top, so they don't 'fill' up a shoe on the top- not sure I'm explaining this(?)...anyway: I LOVE naot brand.
I know you said no thong - that's ok they have a lot of styles to choose from

These, in pewter, are my favorites for everyday: http://www.clarksusa.com/eng/product...taffy/26065710

I also just got a pair of dressier nude ankle-strap sandals, but my pair has a little heel. There are similar ones out there without heels. These are the ones I have: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/louise-e...sandal/3626961

I'd love a pair of black gladiators like this: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/sam-edel...sandal/3561015

I love my Orthaheel flip-flops and end up wearing those the most. This is the newer version: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/vionic-w...p-flop/3680751 --- though these are traditional flip-flops with the toe thing; maybe a slide type of flip-flop instead?

That just about covers everything for me: casual, dressy, beach, etc.

Both the Clark's and Orthaheel ones look great. I found a bunch of their slide styles on 6PM and zappos, too. How is the sizing on them? I'll stop by the Clarks store this week, too. Thanks!

I wear my usual sandal size in Orthaheels. The Clark sandal is an old style that might not be in store anymore. I found them at DSW last summer and didn't buy them because they weren't my size, and then bought a completely different pair that didn't measure up. By midsummer, I ordered the Clarks and wished I'd just ordered them in the first place, lol.

I bought these Ecco sandals (http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/ecco-fla...esults-_-1_1_A) last year at Nordstrom and I love them. They are much cuter in person and on, comfortable and go with everything. I am wearing them right now. I got them in the metallic.

I have these. I just wore them for 4 hours at an amusement park. Totally comfortable and a little more stylish than my keens or sneakers.

I need a black dressier pair, may go for the ones posted above with 2 straps around ankle - very cute.

I have several pairs of Clark's sandals and love them. I always thought Clark's ran wide and I have narrow feet but I have great luck with fit.

I love love love my Teva's. They may be ugly but I can wear them ALL day and not even think about them!

I live in Chaco sandals in the summer. Tevas have some ones that are a little lighter looking and go better with dresses. I wear Chacos or running shoes every day. I also have Chaco flip flops--totally worth it. Try Sierra Trading Post for good prices on Chaco Sandals.
