Default Adult Multivitamin Recommendation Needed-Top 8 Free (Nut, Dairy, Soy, Wheat, etc.)

    Hi everyone,

I was recently diagnosed with several allergies and I am in search of vitamin recommendations for the above. I also hope it is dye free. I've done a Google search, but I'm not coming up with any suggestions. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    I take Trader Joe's Complete Once-Daily Women's formula.

It says it's free from everything you listed, including artificial colors, but the label doesn't mention nuts. However, I don't see anything in the ingredients list that I know to be nut-derived, though, so you might be OK with it.

DH takes the Vitafusion adult gummy vitamins. Maybe too many of them because they taste like candy. They are supposedly nut/dairy/ gluten/ soy free. We get them from Costco but drugstore.com has them (and listed ingredients). No iron or calcium, though
