I went a few years ago. It's a cute small town. Nice and walkable. I went with a friend, but w/out kids. Lots of outdoorsy things to do. Kayaking, walking, there's a beach. Of course the. Hanna outlet is not far. Lots of antiquing outside of town.

There's also a diner a short drive away with amazing doughnuts. Oh, and pick your own blueberry places. It's perfect for a weekend getaway I think.

I used to live near there. It is not far from Kittery (Hanna outlet) and I always went for lunch to Stonewall Kitchens which is nearby and has a lovely cafe.
