Default One of those 'why didn't I think of that?!' moments

I have never even considered doing it this way before!

Would someone be kind enough to give me a summary? I'm on my phone and the page won't load properly. Thanks!

You put a bunch of grapes on a plate. You take another plate and turn it over on top of the grapes and hold in place. This keeps the grapes from moving around. Then take a long knife and simply cut through them all.

This works incredibly well for cherry or grape tomatoes, too!

Rachel Ray used to advise cutting cherry tomatoes this way. For some reason, I was never able to do it without making a mess. Maybe I need to sharpen my knives.

I just tried it this morning and did a horrible job. All I was left with were smushed grapes. Maybe it's the knife. I'll sharpen and try again tomorrow.
