reloading the weedeater

Seriously. Bought this recently and cannot get the spool back in. I think I need to get it back in and sell it and just forget about the weedeater altogether. Have checked and many of the neighbors yards look like they don't have weedeaters either...

Searched on weedeater in BB and saw that edging is variable too.

So tell me it's okay to give up on the weedeater?

We don't have one. We make sure we can mow to the edges and that's enough.

I'm on my third one. Finally got one easy enough for me - self feeding and runs on a battery. I'd wrestle with that stupid spool for hours before leaving it in my garage for a couple of months waiting for my dad to come over.

Try watching instructional videos on youtube. That is how I figured ours out, after several frustrating failed attempts and a lot of under-my-breath cursing in our front yard :-).
