    That's what we do too but I feel like you never get enough bacon after laying them out on a pan! If we have people over I either have to fire up the other oven, or do 2 pans on 2 shelves and rotate. I wish bacon was easier! No wait. I don't.

    I've been cutting our slices in half prior to cooking. I started bc it fit better. Now, my family is happy with quantity and don't seem to realize the pieces are smaller.

    I know this is late, but I have done ham slices with rolls or biscuits for brunch.
