Default Why am I paying for these school med forms

So it's $10 for each kids' med forms. Except I dropped it off and picked it up and all they did was print out a list of vaccinnes and write 'see attached' and put a stamped signature. I then had to transfer all the info to the form as the school requests. Whatever it has to be done and all docs charge, but seems like a scam.

I agree. DD1 had her annual visit in June, but school doesn't start here until September. I totally forgot about updating the form in June and I am sure they will try to charge me for the form. Ours is $15. You should get one free form a year. I always keep a copy to use for anyone else that asks.

Yes, I just dont get why they get paid money for 10 seconds of work, ie print out, staple, write "See attached." It is our own records, the admin costs should already be more than covered by all other fees and insurance.

Wow, I can't believe they charge for those things! That's crazy. My doctor's office just emailed me a signed scan of the form.
