Cold weather running clothes recs

I live in a very cold climate where temps can reach below zero ( though I probably won't run when it's that cold!). I am looking primarily for jacket suggestions and base layer suggestions for my legs. Also, do yak trax actually work? We get a lot of snow and ice.
