    Default So-called customer service...."wait time aprox one hundered seventy-nine minutes....

    Places my order on 12/7. Got a tracking number; but NOT WHAT CARRIER. Looks like a UPS tracking number, put it in their website, UPS says hasn't shipped yet.

    Calling customer service. I'm number 26 in line, with 179 minutes to wait. "Live Chat"... I'm in line, 44 minute wait there, it says.

    Wow ... that's Annoying! I hope you were able to get some more info on your shipping and that your package makes it to you in time!

    UPDATE: Yes, I eventually got through. The "live chat" had 240 customers in front of me, and 26 on the phone, so I stayed on both. Got through after 182 minutes on the "live chat"; fairly abrupt person on "customer service" claimed the carrier lost it; their own system shows the carrier never picked it up! Now they have re-shipped expedited; hopefully that will work. Refused to discount item or overnight ship, but told us it "should" be here for Christmas, but refused to put that in writing; then HUNG UP, so we were put BACK in line behind the now 260-something waiting. Gave up for the night.
    Then today they emailed saying they had a problem in the fulfillment center "with a small number of orders" that they were looking into, and would email me more info within 48 hours. SO - since they didn't include an order number, I don't even know if it's the original order or the re-ship that is in question here!

    This is our first experience ordering from them.

    I wonder if you'd have better luck through their facebook page? A detailed complaint just might get a better response.
