    Default 2015 items for 2015

I did this in 2013 and got a rid of a lot of stuff. I think it'd be a great motivator to do it again in the New Year. Anyone up for the challenge?

I'll do this too! We're moving next year, so I NEED to declutter! In general though, I would really like to pare down our belongings. Would love to simplify!

I'm hoping that once the holidays are over, this thread will pick up some steam! The more the merrier!

I might cheat and start a bit early. :-) I work part time, but have two and a half weeks off for the holidays. I figure I might be able to get a bit of decluttering time in before going back to work.

What are you going to tackle first? I think I need to get rid of all the shipping supplies (boxes and bags) from the crazy amount of online shopping in did in Nov and Dec. I've also got to pull out old clothes and toys that we aren't wearing or playing with for the donation pile. Gotta make room for all the new purchases!

I'm trying to make the kids a here to the rule "one in, one out." This will be a good way for them to decide what toys to get rid of to make space for their Xmas gifts.

I need to do this. I've purged a lot in the past three yrs, but need to do one more big one. My issue now is that I'm working full time and my house looks it.

I'm very eager to get started because I realized today that I have family coming into town next week, eek! I printed out a 2015 chart and will tackle my bathrooms and bedrooms first. Tomorrow is trash night, so I think I may get an early start to 2015 too. My biggest challenge is doing this with my 3yo at home all day, but I'm hoping her new Christmas toys will keep her busy!

Forgive my ignorance but is the idea to get rid of 2015 things? That's a lot! I'm just curious. I'm a pretty good purger generally, and I'm not sure I could find 2015 things.
