    Default Blow your nose, already!!!!

This is petty, I'm the first to admit it. But it is driving me crazy like sand in a swimsuit. We are at Lula's class and the mom next to me has a drippy nose. Every few seconds she snnnnniiiiffffffffssssss.

There is limited space so I can't really move away.

OMG. DH is a sniffer. It is AWFUL. Makes this TERRIBLE sound that makes me want to gag. And he does it CONSTANTLY. I'm not even exaggerating--this is one of the greatest sources of strife in our marriage. UGH.

My first thoughts were to take sympathy with the person with the sniffles, because when I have the sniffles, if I blow my nose, I'll still be sniffling and still need to blow my nose.

Then today there is this post:

I normally would too, but sadly I didn't have a clean one. (ahem!)

This used to irritate me to no end until I developed a chronic congestion problem a few years ago. I now have to deal with tissue presents, people making fun of me (ahem DH), and the knowledge that I probably irritate the entire world. Multiple visits to ENTs and allergists have not helped me.

So sorry, OP! Must be annoying. Have to say this is one of FEW instances I'm very glad to be deaf as I would just take my hearing aids off

MIL has what she calls 'the perpetual drip' but is also a hankie hoarder. You have my sympathies!! Saw the sniffer again yesterday, she's feeling better and I'm much less touchy. Win-win!
