Don't tell me that I'm whining and you're going to ignore me. Your family's long term health is more important than any daily work crisis or your work happy hour. I've been asking every few days since the beginning of the year, so don't act like this is the 1st time its come up.
We moved for YOUR job and you carry OUR insurance. You won't even find out which insurance company covers us. I need to find a dentist for me and for the kids. We're all over due for appointments. I am in pain and cranky. DD needs to be evaluated for braces. I've gotten a few recommendations, but can't really make any calls until I have some basic information about our insurance!

Yup. In my house all I have to do is threaten to call work and I get the info i need ASAP.

Yep, definitely call HR. I can never get that info from DH.
