    Default Diagnose this?

My sister just texted me this. My answer was proceed immediately to urgent care. Any guesses as to what this could be? Pain is central below belly button.

"I just almost puked everywhere (didn't though) out of nowhere, and I felt like my body was on fire, My stomach was killing me, and I lost vision and hearing, and my ears have been ringing ever since and I feel terrible."

Honestly, could be anything form a virus to a heart attack. (Stomach pain is commonly identified by women as a heart attack symptom.) Going to the urgent care or ER is probably a good idea.

Yep, you gave her good advice. I'm thinking it could be appendix, gallbladder, ovarian cyst that burst (those can definitely cause nausea/severe sudden pain/hot flashes) or a nasty virus. Hope she's on her way to getting better. Keep us posted.

I have felt that way momentarily from a blood sugar drop before, but never continued to feel terrible. Sounds like something else....keep us posted!

I just had dinner with an old friend a few nights ago and she was telling me about her experience with Pancreatitis. It sounded quite similar.

So they told her everything looked fine, sent off some blood work, and sent her home.

ETA: already had her gallbladder out....when she was all of 15!

Does she have anxiety? My sister had a panic attack that was very similar.

i tried to tell her this too. I suspect she has anxiety and depression actually. I explained to her that I have lost hearing during every single wedding I have been in (5? 6?) I couldn't hear myself say my own vows! She has a lot of health issues as well but she is so young that I don't think doctors take her seriously.
