Sharing a few recipe links on IP that I intend to use (but can't attest to):

Free recipe book (PDF doc to download): http://instantpot.com/wp-content/upl...ecipe-Book.pdf

Links to recipes from different cuisines: http://instantpot.com/recipes/

Vegan recipes using the IP: http://theveggiequeen.com/2015/01/in...ecipes-videos/

I use a digital system -- the Paprika app. LOVE IT. I clicked on the potato salad recipe link posted above, clicked my "Save Recipe" button on my browser, and it's now in Paprika. ETA: I have it installed on all my devices, and my computers. My husband, too. We have access to all our recipes no matter where we are. I often email my recipes from Paprika, too.

I am intimidated by the IP so far! Just looking at the manual is overwhelming! Danagee that potato salad recipe is going to be one of the first I try. It looks too good to be true!

I made this Kalua pork and it was really good. I didn't trim away any fat from the pork, but I should have. I felt so guilty eating it.

Like joules, I love nom nom's kahlua pork recipe. Here is a list of her other IP recipes. I want to try most of them.

    I feel my boots

Dumb question...can these recipes be used for any pressure cooker or just the IP?

I'm going to have to check out Paprika. I've been bookmarking recipes and also saving recipes via FB, and so does DH. I need an easier way to organize them.

Is it a stovetop pressure cooker? If so, you need to convert the recipes because they cook at different pressures. Electric pressure cookers don't go as high, or something.

If it's an electric pressure cooker, then IP recipes are the same.

    It's electric. Thanks!

We really loved this the night I made it, but the leftovers were SO greasy - and I am not fat phobic in the slightest. Next time I will trim the fat for sure.
