Default Anyone have a favorite guided workout app?

I'm not sure what this is called but I noticed on the cardiio app (which is cool and measures your heartrate by holding your finger up to the camera), that there is a 7 minute guided workout. It tells you what exercise is next, counts down the reps for you and tells you how many you have left.

I was just wondering if anyone has an app they can recommend that has guided workouts. Maybe weight lifting or yoga? TIA!

I don't know anything about these, but I just Googled "workout apps" and got these links:

I've recently started doing BodyPump using YouTube videos and I am liking that a lot.

Yay! I love BP! I sometimes did those on YouTube and I like the instructor Kaylan Keathley. Luckily my new gym has Body Pump everyday so I'm all set!
OP- I have 10 minute arms [legs, abs...] apps and they're ok but it's inconvenient to watch on your phone while working out and I find you do need to occasionally look to see the moves.

I use this one for quick workouts when I'm traveling and have no access to equipment: http://www.12minuteathlete.com (I use the app on my phone)
