I am very sorry for the sudden loss of your husband ... I haven't read pp, but are there any support groups in your area for widows/widowers? Maybe when you are ready (down the road) something to look into. Sometimes it helps to have a group of people to talk to that have been through similar circumstances (along with friends, family, counselling, etc). ..hugs

So so sorry to sad read this, our kids are the exact same age and I can't imagine having to tell them the news. A close friend just lost her DH in a plane crash a few weeks ago and I'm still trying to figure out how to support her. I highly encourage you to be very honest with those around as to what they can do for you, if you even know, we are at a loss as to what to do ...hugs to you and your children!!!!
