Acne!!

What in the world is going on with me? I've never had a problem with acne on my chest and the back of my neck. And now all of a sudden I have several pimple in those places (as well as some on my forehead).

I don't think it's yeast, as I'm finishing up a 6-week Diflucan course (ugh) but what else could it be and how do I make them go away?

I am super stressed, so it could be that (another ugh). Haven't changed anything in terms of shampoo, soap, etc. The weather has been much more humid than usual with all our rain/flooding so maybe it's that and my pores are just getting clogged easily from sweat/oil? I'm also definitely perimenopausal so maybe it's just one of those joys...

I know this is an older post, but I don't read this forum much and just saw it. My guess would be hormonal changes. The only times I have really gotten acne in those places it was related to changes in hormones (going on or off the pill, pregnancy, etc.)
