If you want to cheat, I think the TJ's blondie mix is better than almost any homemade blondie I have ever had! So easy and so delicious!

I like chewy, soft blondies (like a fudgy, gooey brownie). This blog has a ton of variations. They can be mixed up in a large glass container that you melt the butter in if you microwave it, or in a pot. I like this recipe a lot too. It's very quick and easy and I generally have all of the ingredients on hand. I'm partial to adding chocolate chunks!
