Default how long does your AF last?

i am currently on Day EIGHT of AF and IMO it's ridiculous. i just switched to a Diva cup so i am more aware now how how long it lasts, how much flow, etc. I have been wearing the cup every day, for 10-12 hours during the day (and overnight) and it is typically only 4-10 ml each time (less than that overnight). But still..bleeding lasting longer than a week, seems like i should see my dr, no??

i don't know, but i used to have periods that would typically last ~5 days total. A week later and i no longer would need to wear even a pantyliner or anything. but i started my period LAST FRIDAY and just today (Sat) i noticed the cup filled to 10 ml! Yes, it was over ~10 hrs but STILL..at this rate, i will literally need to wear the cup 15 days out of the month!!

thankful for the cup though bc it being the summer i am still able to go to the pool etc. and at least my flow is not super heavy..but i wonder if something is haywire to be bleeding for this many days...

My lasts 7-8 days, which is on the longer side, but it's always been like that. It wouldn't hurt to make a quick phone call to the doctor.

Looking back on my past charts shows 6-7 days of AF with the last two days usually being spotting.

I'm 6-7 days camp, but always been this way. Prior to being on BC, the flow would generally be heavy throughout. But nowadays, just 2 really heavy days out of the 6-7 days pattern. Also, last couple of days I can get away wearing just a panty liner.

Call in your doctor, won't hurt especially if that isn't the norm for you.
